This is a uniquely high-touch program that includes daily support calls, brain repair supplements, and somatic healing work. My coaching practice is trauma-informed, which means we will focus on both food recovery and nervous system healing.
Yes, absolutely. You can book a 15-minute connection call here: Florence's Calendly.
Yes. I provide the SANE Eating Protocol as a foundation, and we’ll personalize it to your needs, preferences, and current stage of recovery.
Yes. This program honours where you’re at and supports you in experiencing more internal safety and stability so you can successfully stop self-harming food choices/behaviours. The goal is abstinence (rare exceptions aside).
I will hold space while you go into your body and learn to meet and greet whatever is arising (feelings, sensations, emotions) with love, acceptance and presence. You will learn how to notice and shift chronic stress/trauma responses that underpin disordered eating patterns and health issues.
In short, these longer calls are for deeper work — focusing and parts work, personalized meditations or affirmations, sugar dragon coaching, and addressing the root emotional patterns behind cravings and compulsive eating.
I will call you every day to check in and see how your food and self-care went the day before, and to help you plan for the day ahead. I will call at our agreed-upon time unless one of us needs to reschedule our call which we will do in advance.
This coaching adapts to you. If life gets busy or you fall behind on coursework, I will still call you every day. I will be your daily steady cheerleader. I will hold you close and hold you strong throughout your coaching program.
I recommend you listen to my 3+ hour webinar on how trauma can complicate food recovery and how to find recovery using a trauma-informed approach. Here is a link:
15 minutes every morning to chat with me, 1 hour a week for learning, 30 minutes a week to do a somatic healing session,on with me, and 15 minutes a day for somatic practices are recommended. In other words, 15-30 minutes every day.
This coaching package is non-refundable. All sales are final.
Due to the nature of this work, it is common to want to 'quit' as change begins to happen. I will help you over those humps.
If you cannot complete this program within 12 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, your coaching program can be paused for up to 6 months.
After that, your remaining sessions will be forfeited unless we have stated otherwise in writing.
