I will share highlights from these books and facilitate learning and practice. Note: I am not a therapist, nor certified in Focusing. I am a teacher and coach sharing ideas, resources, books, and exercises. I am excited to share how I personally and professionally work with the felt sense. It is the most powerful modality I know.
