About the Sugar-Free Challenge:

Our 100% nutrient-dense Food Plan comes complete with additional self-care strategies such as dry brushing, tummy massages, breathing exercises, morning cleansing drinks, detox recipes, and more.

As for the food, it is abundant, colorful, delicious and 100% customizable to your preferences. As long as you are eating ONLY whole foods, you are good to go.  

We do not restrict calories or skimp on portions. This is not a starvation or liquid diet. Eat as much as you want of the good stuff.

Every Tuesday for 5 straight weeks, we'll meet together for a 1.5-hour Group Coaching Call (on Zoom). This will be your opportunity to ask questions, receive on-the-spot coaching, and share your triumphs and challenges.

You'll also have access to a membership site where you'll find your meal plan, cleanse manual, and recordings of all weekly coaching calls--all in one easy spot.

In addition, you'll also become part of our Private Facebook community where you can receive extra support and accountability. This would be a great place to commiserate on the dreaded detox symptoms with fellow participants and find the courage to keep moving forward.

How Often Do You Offer These Sugar-Free Challenges?

We offer these cleanses 2-3 times per year. They are wildly popular and highly effective.

After the challenge, many of our participants join our Kick Sugar Emotional Eating or Weight Loss Coaching Programs, or they join our Monthly Membership site where they can continue to pursue better health. 

Do You Have a Refund Policy?

Yes. You can join us for a full 7 days before deciding if this is the right program for you. After one week from our first group coaching call, we consider you committed, and no refunds will be issued.  

Can I Take This Course Privately?

Yes, private coaching is an option. If you want 28 daily accountability coaching calls (15-minutes each) as you walk through this cleanse, the cost is $597. This is an ideal option for folks who have significant health challenges and require one-on-one attention or for individuals who tend to start programs but lose momentum. She is a former 'professor' at the University of Lethbridge, founder of the Kick Sugar Summit, and has been working as a coach for over 14 years. Florence lives in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada with her husband and daughter.

Aimee Anderson, Certified Health Coach

Aimee is a Certified Health Coach and former Head Coach of 30 Days Sugar Free program. She has first-hand experience with almost every diet on the planet and knows what works and what doesn't. Since giving up sugar 4+ years now, Aimee has lost 50 pounds and has kept it off. She is passionate about helping others get lean, get clean, and get sugar free.
