These tools help your body stay present, feel grounded, and safe, thereby deepening your connection to self-energy and its capacity for healing. And it helps you unpolarize / untangle parts that create deep inner blocks to recovery.

MIND MASTERY

Building on Law of Attraction fundamentals, learn how to identify and work with negative thoughts, feelings, limiting beliefs, and switch on positive ones more quickly and consistently. This is a skill anyone can learn. Sneaky, invisible joy-busting thoughts and feelings trigger disordered eating, elevate stress and contribute to weight gain and medical conditions. Through guided meditations, affirmations, and somatic exercises, you’ll learn to leverage the power of the present moment to find small moments of safety. Safety is the treatment. Yes. But please know this is a commitment. Plan to spend at least 3 hours per week reviewing materials, attending meetings and connecting with your buddies. If you are not yet sugar-free or mostly sugar-free, the first two weeks will be the hardest as you navigate detox symptoms and fatigue. If you can lighten your load or take a few days off in the early days that would be ideal. After that you should start to feel better and better over the next few months you should experience big shifts in your energy and productivity. 

Oh, yes! This material is all brand new. It is an opportunity to self-pace the course while receiving on going practical hands on support and guidance and peer support connection. If you have taken any other course or training with me, this new content is going to be completely new. It is trauma-informed and far more focused on manifesting what you want instead trying to force outcomes through grit and grind. This is a big difference. One is about becoming a vibrational match for what you want and allowing it to feel easy and the other is about control and effort.  Now it is here and I very happy to share it with you. It is perfect for those that keep relapsing with food and are ready to drop the struggle. 

We are introducing cutting edge and evidence based protocols to repair and restore metabolic health. We also integrate somatic healing, parts work and nervous system regulation into our curriculum. If your body is constantly stressed and your unconscious is filled with limited thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors you will experience resistance to making lifestyle changes.  and your results will blocked by failing to be in the rest, digest, detox and repair state enough of the time for the body to do what it needs to do to heal. To fully restore your body and mind to wellness we need a way work with the 'stuff' that comes up when we put down the food. And we need to know how to overcome trauma responses that block food recovery. I am now teaching all this and more. 

There are no refunds on this program, all sales are final. Yes. You can choose what whole foods work best for your body. We strongly believe in bio-individuality. That said, we do offer a food addiction friendly meal plan that members are welcome to follow. 

Trauma-informed means we understand the imporant role that nervous system dysregulation plays in food struggles, it builds on the work of Dr. Stephen Porges and somatic thought leaders. It means we will focus on helping our bodies to feel safe and supported through somatic healing tools that bring us into the present moment, back into the body, so we can reconnect to our senses and sensations. We do this in small titrated ways, to keep it safe. We do NOT discuss the past, or past events. Talking about the past can be retraumatizing and requires professional trauma therapy support. This course does NOT do trauma therapy. It is trauma-informed coaching. We work in the here and now. We work with the body. We work with our thoughts. We use tools like breath work, gentle movement, meditation and affirmations. We make unconscious resistance to food recovery conscious so we can heal it.
