It is highly likely that if you keep relapsing, you have a dysregulated nervous system (it is overwhelmed) and food has become your fastest, most familiar form of relief. Until we address the fear stuck in our body, recovery won’t stick. Feeling safe inside, grounded and present, is the antidote to food issues. Finding a felt-sense of safety is what the body needs most. In its absence, our body will crave escape - in whatever form it can find.

And it helps you unpolarize / untangle parts that create deep inner blocks to recovery.

Building on Law of Attraction fundamentals, learn how to identify and work with negative thoughts, feelings, limiting beliefs, and switch on positive ones more quickly and consistently. This is a skill anyone can learn. Sneaky, invisible joy-busting thoughts and feelings trigger disordered eating, elevate stress and contribute to weight gain and medical conditions. Yes. Plan to spend 3 hours per week reviewing coursework, attending meetings and connecting with your homework buddies. The first two weeks will be the hardest as you navigate detox symptoms and fatigue.
If you can lighten your load or take a few days off in the early days that would be ideal. After that you should start to feel better and better (sometimes slowly and sometimes quickly) and over the next few months you should experience quantum shifts in your energy and productivity.
Oh, yes! This course is brand new and builds on previous course material. It has a greater focus on metabolic health and nervous system regulation. Further, it is an opportunity to experiment with nutritional ketosis, if desired.
We are introducing cutting edge and evidence based protocols to repair and restore metabolic health. We also integrate somatic healing, parts work and nervous system regulation into our curriculum. If your body is constantly stressed and your unconscious is filled with limited thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors you will experience resistance to making lifestyle changes and your results will blocked by failing to be in the rest, digest, detox and repair state enough of the time for the body to do what it needs to do to heal. To fully restore your body and mind to wellness we need a holistic approach that is also not afraid to work with the 'stuff' that comes up when we stop engaging in unhealthy habits such as overeating processed food, staying up too late, being too busy, exercising too little, stressing, etc. We offer this approach.
We will accept the first 50 'approved' applicants. We want to keep the class size large enough so there is a robust sense of community but small enough so everyone gets sufficient time and attention.

Yes. You can choose what whole foods work best for your body. We strongly believe in bio-individuality. That said, we are offering the opportunity to experiment with a keto meal plan for metabolic and mental health benefits. * You will be pre-screened by our team and must be approved to do a keto meal plan by a dietician or doctor. We will share a list of individuals who should not do a keto meal plan.
No. Individuals with medical conditions we do not believe can be improved with our protocol will be informed and refunded in full. Also, individuals unwilling to work with their doctor to monitor medications will be declined the opportunity to participate and will be refunded in full. We will make every effort to include anyone interested in participating except those that we feel pose too high a risk for medical complications as a result of making lifestyle changes.
It means we will focus on helping our bodies to feel safe and supported through somatic experiencing tools so they can stop being stuck in a chronic stress response. The course will directly integrate neurobiology and metabolic psychiatry best practices. It understands that the deepest possible recovery work we can do is somatic which facilitates connection to self-energy and body wisdom.
Tuesdays @ 4 PM Pacific starting February 4th. The calls will be recorded. There will be an additional drop in support call on Thursdays at 4 PM Pacific.

What’s the difference between trauma therapy and trauma-informed coaching?
Trauma therapy may explore past events and is ideal for those struggling with flashbacks and intense emotions. Trauma-informed coaching is not therapy and doesn’t replace it. It helps you build safety in the present through mindfulness and body-based practices. We don’t discuss the past or past trauma — we teach simple ways to reconnect with your body in the present moment. This helps restore a sense of safety to a body trapped in fear.
Do you have a refund policy?
There are no refunds on this program, all sales are final. You do however have lifetime access to this material and all course upgrades.
Does this work with any food plan and preferences?
Yes. You can choose what whole foods work best for your body. That said, we offer a sugar and ultraprocessed food-free recovery meal plan that supports long-term abstinence, if that is your goal.
Is abstinence required?
No. This course supports both abstinent and harm-reduction approaches. You’ll be guided to find what works best for you.
How is this different from other recovery programs?
Most focus only on food. We address the nervous system, trauma patterns, and unconscious beliefs that block lasting change.
Is this program beginner-friendly?
Yes. Whether you're just starting or have years of experience, the tools are simple, practical, and easy to integrate.
Will I lose weight?
Many do—but not from a place of forcing weight loss. This isn’t a diet program, it will however help make weight loss safer by addressing hidden mental and energetic barriers to success.
How much time does it take to do the course?
The course includes 24 modules and takes about 2 hours per week to complete. At one module per week, you’ll finish in 6 months. With the self-paced option, you can go as slow or as fast as you like. With private coaching, we will meet weekly for 24 weeks—one session per module.
Can I do this alongside therapy?
Absolutely. This course does NOT replace therapy, it complements it.
What’s the difference between self-paced and private coaching?
The self-paced option lets you move through the 24 modules of the course on your own schedule—you can go as slow or as fast as you like. The private coaching package includes 24 weekly 30-minute 1:1 sessions over six months—one for each module—to deepen your integration of the material and support your progress.
