Will This Course Help Me Lose Weight?
Not all sugar addicts need to lose weight, but if you do, then heck yes, you will lose weight. What is the Hybrid Coaching Option?
This is the best of both worlds. You will be personally coached by Florence during the sugar detox. You will speak with her every day (Monday-Friday) for 15 minutes. This intense 1:1 hand holding offers additional support and accountability during the most difficult part of the program, the first 30 days of being 100% sugar-free. You will continue to participate in the group and like everyone else will attend weekly group coaching calls. This option is ideal for folks who want both private coaching in addition to group support. Also ideal for individuals who tend to sign up for programs, fall behind and quit or who need extra attention due to medical conditions.
Will This Work With Any Meal Plan?
Yes, you can be vegan, paleo, vegetarian, keto, low carb, etc. It is not my job to force you to follow a specific diet, it is my job to help you break up with sugar so you can fall in love with and leverage the healing powers of whole foods.

What Do You Mean by Sugar Free?
In our program, we support you in eliminating the consumption of all refined carbohydrates (sugar/flour) and alcohol sugars and aspartame. Beyond that you can decide what other sweeteners do or do NOT work for you. This includes dates, honey, monk fruit, allulose, high starchy whole veggies. Why? Because this is a very individual thing! Some people can handle stevia and sweet potatoes, and other cannot. We will help you discover what works for you!
