The future of food recovery must be trauma-informed.
If the nervous system isn't understood and skillfully addressed, a huge piece of the recovery puzzle is missing.
Even if you've tried everything, I'm confident I can help.
If you want professional support to reduce — or even eliminate — sugar and ultra-processed foods, you've come to the right place.
My name is Florence, and this is what I do. All day long. Even if nothing has worked before, your cravings feel unstoppable, and breaking free seems impossible — there is a way through.
Over two decades I've developed a unique, trauma-informed, somatic-based process that helps people break free from sugar, transform their health, and finally make peace with food.
If you're ready to feel better than you have in years — perhaps even decades — I'd be honoured to show you the way.
The science on sugar & ultra-processed food
You're not imagining it — and the world's leading experts agree.
The more ultra-processed foods we consume, the more we put ourselves at risk for developing heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
The consumption of ultra-processed foods has been linked to a higher risk of chronic diseases — including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
Sugar is dangerous. Consumed in excess, it's a toxin. And it's addictive.
Sugar is 8× as addictive as cocaine. Cocaine and heroin light up one pleasure spot in the brain — sugar lights it up like a pinball machine.
Here's the good news: this can be reversed.
If you're feeling the painful side effects of too much sugar, they don't have to be permanent. Let me show you how.

Diabetes in remission
"Doing Florence's program was the closest thing to a miracle I've experienced. I lost 100 pounds, eliminated 16 medications, started exercising again, avoided shoulder surgery, reduced my biological age by 13 years, and put my diabetes of 10 years into remission."
You have the gift
"What a profound difference you've made in my life. Even after all my own training and certifications, what I learned from you was life-changing. I would not be here if you hadn't opened the door. Thank you forever, a million times over."
Lives up to the hype
"I've bought many packages that promised to change my life — none ever lived up to it. This one actually did. I am no longer a slave to sugar, and I've lost 20 pounds since we last spoke. Thank you for the life mission you've chosen."
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before we start your journey together.
No. I work with both abstinence and harm-reduction approaches. We'll find what's right for you.
That's entirely up to you. The goal is to build a life where you no longer need or want it — so the choice becomes easy, not white-knuckled.
Yes. I support clients already using GLP-1s, and can connect appropriate clients with trusted medical providers who assess whether a low dose may help reduce food noise and cravings. For some, it's a game-changer.
The WHO recommends limiting added sugars to under 6 teaspoons a day for adults. That's not much — a single granola bar can put you over. Unless you eat almost no ultra-processed foods, you're likely well in excess of what's recommended.
All four pillars are essential for lasting recovery. If you're still struggling, one or more of them is missing. My coaching helps determine your missing link.
More than 20 years of personal recovery, research, and clinical experience — approached through a trauma-informed, somatic lens. I don't believe the solution is rigid food rules. There's a better way.

You share what's going on
We talk through your history with sugar, what you've tried, and what feels hardest right now. I just listen.

Recovery isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming free.
Food is only the tip of the iceberg
Most people don't need another diet. They need help understanding why they keep reaching for sugar in the first place. The root causes are upstream.
Whole foods are more powerful than you think
Most people underestimate the power of real food to heal the brain and restore the body. It can feel like a miracle — but it's simply metabolic science meeting professional support.
The goal is a life you don't have to fight
Not just less sugar — a life where you no longer need or want it. No deprivation. No cravings. No using food to avoid pain. Just freedom.
