Here is what I believe about recovery, healing, and what’s possible:

    • Whole foods are a powerful form of medicine

    • Consistently eating whole foods can prevent, improve and reverse chronic disease

    • Daily (or close to daily) accountability improves success outcomes
    • Behaviour change succeeds best when rooted in self-love

    • Unwanted food behaviours are more than just a food issue

    • Somatic practices restore the nervous system to calm 

    • Unwanted feelings are the main drivers of relapse 
    • Learning to process feelings is the foundation of lasting food freedom
    • Befriending your body is non-negotiable.

    • Happy elevated emotions are not the end goal of recovery, they are fuel for recovery

    • Willpower rarely works - becoming internally aligned is way better
    • Sugar addiction is real. You are not crazy. You are not hopeless. You just need to address more than the food for successful behaviour change. We can do this together.
