PILLAR 1

Somatic Practice

Learn how to connect with and settle your body in safe, gentle ways so you can process cravings, emotions, and stress without turning to food. Through weekly live somatic practice sessions, you’ll learn nervous system regulation techniques and emotional recovery approaches that integrate bottom up and top down tools, including our signature morning meditation protocol. Nothing good can stick until feeling good feels safe. This pillar works on that!

PILLAR 2

Mind Mastery

Letting go of the food struggle and obsession requires so much more than successfully avoiding trigger foods and following a healthy meal plan. It requires shifting the limiting beliefs and trauma patterns that keep your nervous system stuck in overdrive and overwhelm (fear). You’ll learn to identify unconscious mental and emotional blocks to recovery and how to release them. Replacing negative beliefs with positive ones is easier said than done. We will work on that together. Thoughts are the drivers of our destiny.

PILLAR 3

Community

The Sanctuary is a place where women come to learn how to find safety— within themselves and with each other, as well as how to let go of an overarching pattern of fear and struggle. This is not a passive experience. Every member is expected to be an active participant in co-creating and contributing to a safe, transformational space. You will be taught how to enter into advanced somatic listening partnerships with peers holding space for each other. Expect weekly stories of manifesting breakthroughs and transformational shifts, including your own!

Trauma-Informed Recovery

Chronic stress, overwhelm, stored trauma, processed food, a lack of sleep and exercise, etc., knock the body of homeostasis - its rest, digest, growth, repair, detox state. This is the core problem we need to address. This cannot be done with hard work alone. We need to drop the struggle, find safety inside us.

Understanding and shifting out of chronic flight, fight, and freeze states takes somatic tools, mindset shifts, not to mention time, guidance and practice. That is what this membership is all about. Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and move the needle.

Support & Accountability

This program is not a passive learning experience. We ask all members to actively contribute to the community through participation and acts of service. 

Members will have the option of being placed in a pod of 3-4 fellow participants who will meet weekly to  support each other in understanding, integrating and mastering the material.

You will also be trained in peer support and mentoring, where participants will have the option of a dedicated mentor whom you can connect to daily to share your SANE eating protocol, if desired.

I work full-time. Will I be able to manage this commitment?

Yes. But please know this membership is a commitment. Plan to spend at least 3 hours per week reviewing materials, attending meetings and connecting with your buddies. If you are not yet sugar-free or mostly sugar-free, the first two weeks will be the hardest as you navigate detox symptoms and fatigue. If you can lighten your load or take a few days off in the early days that would be ideal. After that you should start to feel better and better over the next few months you should experience big shifts in your energy and productivity. 

Would I benefit from this program if I have taken previous courses?

Oh, yes! This material is all brand new and builds on previous course material. If you have taken my women, food and trauma course, this is a 5 month period of integration and content mastery. For those who have not, it is an opportunity to self-pace the course while receiving on going practical hands on support and guidance and peer support connection. If you have taken any other course or training with me, this new content is going to be completely new. It is trauma-informed and far more focused on manifesting what you want instead trying to force outcomes through grit and grind. This is a big difference. One is about becoming a vibrational match for what you want and allowing it to feel easy and the other is about control and effort. Manifesting requires that we identify and release limiting beliefs, align our energy with what we want, and learn self-regulation practices. This work has been a missing piece in my own journey and the missing piece in my coaching practice. Now it is here and I very happy to share it with you. It is perfect for those that keep relapsing with food and are ready to drop the struggle. 

What makes this program unique?

We are introducing cutting edge and evidence based protocols to repair and restore metabolic health. We also integrate somatic healing, parts work and nervous system regulation into our curriculum. If your body is constantly stressed and your unconscious is filled with limited thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors you will experience resistance to making lifestyle changes.  and your results will blocked by failing to be in the rest, digest, detox and repair state enough of the time for the body to do what it needs to do to heal. To fully restore your body and mind to wellness we need a way work with the 'stuff' that comes up when we put down the food. And we need to know how to overcome trauma responses that block food recovery. I am now teaching all this and more. The new law of attraction work goes deeper than ever and is naimed at not just dropping the food struggle but overcoming a larger pattern of stress, struggle and suffering.

This deeper pattern is what we will shift together. It is move out of chronic states of fear into one of ease and flow. Is this possible. Absolutely! We will do this together. This membership is a blend of new content on top of addiction recovery fundamentals. Together they will create quantum shifts in your life.

We really get access to a signature course?

Yes, you get access to our 6-Month Women, Food and Trauma course until December 31, 2025. If you have not already taken our WFT course, you are expected to make your way through that course over the course of 5 months. We will teach and practice core concepts taught in this course. 

Do you have a refund policy?

There are no refunds on this program, all sales are final. If, however, you are unable to complete your participation in the program due to unexpected or extenuating circumstances, email us and we will approve your participation in a future cohort group, or you can put your program fee towards another program of your choice.

Does this work with any food plan and preferences?

Yes. You can choose what whole foods work best for your body. We strongly believe in bio-individuality. That said, we do offer a food addiction friendly meal plan that members are welcome to follow. 

Why is there an application Process? Who will be accepted into the program?

We have an application process to ensure individuals coming into the membership are ready and willing to contribute to the community and are interested in the topics we will cover such as somatic work, advanced somatics (Focusing) and Law of Attraction. It is our intention to approve all applicants that are open to this approach to food recovery. If you register and pay and you are not accepted, we will promptly refund you in full. You will receive the payment within 3-5 business days, often earlier.

When you say your program is trauma-informed, what does that mean?

It means we will focus on helping our bodies to feel safe and supported through somatic experiencing tools - in the present moment - so we can stop being stuck in a chronic stress response. We do not discuss or go back to the past or past events. This can be retraumatizing and requires professional support.

When will the group coaching calls take place?

Tuesdays @ 4 PM Pacific Time starting August 2025. The calls will be recorded. There will be an additional drop in support call on Thursdays at 4 PM Pacific.
