A 5-month, trauma-informed membership community for women ready to heal their relationship with food from the inside out.
Through somatic tools and Law of Attraction principles, members learn to regulate their nervous systems, shift limiting beliefs, and make lasting changes. This is not a course — it's a deep, supportive space for women who have tried everything and still struggle.
The Sanctuary is a 5-month, trauma-informed community membership for women who are ready to learn, practice, and integrate nervous system regulation tools (somatics) and Law of Attraction principles into their food recovery journey.
If your body is running on adrenalin and your limiting beliefs are wired for struggle, the changes you are trying to make with food won't stick.
This isn't a course and it isn’t a passive experience. It’s an active, intimate community of women committed to learning how to heal a dysregulated nervous system, shifting mindset patterns, and showing up for themselves — together. It ideal for women who have tried everything and still struggle with food. What I teach and what we will practice in this course, is often the missing link.
The Sanctuary is deep, transformational, and stands apart in the food recovery space. It is by application only.
Whether you just completed our Women, Food & Trauma course — or you’re finding us now — you are welcome to join us.
The opportunity to join the 5-Month Women, Food & Trauma Membership will only be available once this year.
And will never be offered again at our special summer discount price.
Learn how to connect with and settle your body in safe, gentle ways so you can process cravings, emotions, and stress without turning to food. Through weekly live somatic practice sessions, you’ll learn nervous system regulation techniques and emotional recovery approaches that integrate bottom up and top down tools, including our signature morning meditation protocol. Nothing good can stick until feeling good feels safe. This pillar works on that!
Letting go of the food struggle and obsession requires so much more than successfully avoiding trigger foods and following a healthy meal plan. It requires shifting the limiting beliefs and trauma patterns that keep your nervous system stuck in overdrive and overwhelm (fear). You’ll learn to identify unconscious mental and emotional blocks to recovery and how to release them. Replacing negative beliefs with positive ones is easier said than done. We will work on that together. Thoughts are the drivers of our destiny.
The Sanctuary is a place where women come to learn how to find safety— within themselves and with each other, as well as how to let go of an overarching pattern of fear and struggle. This is not a passive experience. Every member is expected to be an active participant in co-creating and contributing to a safe, transformational space. You will be taught how to enter into advanced somatic listening partnerships with peers holding space for each other. Expect weekly stories of manifesting breakthroughs and transformational shifts, including your own!
Receive real-time support, and coaching from Florence Christophers during live weekly group sessions.
Florence is a certified health coach with expertise in metabolic health, a Somatic Experiencing(TM) Trauma Practitioner in training (graduation date Dec 2025), and wildly knowledgeable in Law of Attraction principles and best practices.

Live, somatic-based integration calls where we practice nervous system regulation, mind-body-connection, and mindset shifts, together.
The goal is to move out of chronic states of fear, lack, overwhelm and threat to a vibe of ease and flow, love and unlimited possibility. This won't happen just on its own. It takes skills, guidance, and practice.
These are not lectures; they are immersive, healing, and experiential.
You will do this work on your own and in peer partnerships.

• Women, Food and Trauma course consist of 22 modules that are ideal for individuals who have tried everything but keep relapsing with food.
• This is where we teach our trauma-informed somatic healing exercises and the theory behind why they are helpful for sugar addiction recovery.
• We also teach how to apply Law of Attraction principles to overcome negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.
*This amazing course is worth $2500.
Supportive core beliefs will make recovery possible. If you have been struggling with your food, there is a limiting belief at fault. These unconscious thoughts must be worked with in trauma-informed ways. We can have what we want if we believe:
• It is possible
• We are worthy
• It is safe to have it
• We deserve it
• Nothing bad will happen
In the Sanctuary, we will practice releasing limiting thoughts, elevating our emotions, and raising our vibration so we can become an energetic match for peace with food, sustainable weight loss, and lasting recovery. This is profound work. The deepest recovery work we can do. Truly life-changing.
Chronic stress, overwhelm, stored trauma, processed food, a lack of sleep and exercise, etc., knock the body of homeostasis - its rest, digest, growth, repair, detox state. This is the core problem we need to address. This cannot be done with hard work alone. We need to drop the struggle, find safety inside us.
Understanding and shifting out of chronic flight, fight, and freeze states takes somatic tools, mindset shifts, not to mention time, guidance and practice. That is what this membership is all about. Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and move the needle.
This program is not a passive learning experience. We ask all members to actively contribute to the community through participation and acts of service.
Members will have the option of being placed in a pod of 3-4 fellow participants who will meet weekly to support each other in understanding, integrating and mastering the material.
You will also be trained in peer support and mentoring, where participants will have the option of a dedicated mentor whom you can connect to daily to share your SANE eating protocol, if desired.
